FieldSolution is an office and mobile workforce management solution that enables gas engineers, that would traditionally use a paper-based approach, to electronically generate Warning Notices and Not to Current Standards Notices for domestic, Industrial and Commercial users of gas appliances.
The App includes functions for recording details of owners, tenants, landlords and Agents of premises, identifying up to four different appliances with issues, taking photographs of locations and the appliances concerned, recording signatures of those involved, and reporting issues to RIDDOR.
Once a Notice is generated, a PDF of the completed form is transmitted to nominated email addresses, for example the Back Office and the customer. Photographs and completed details are stored in the Cloud for later retrieval, and all information is stored on a company database, enabling audit and retrieval of any of the information provided.
